Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with insurance and with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

If you need to return something for any reason, simply use the return form located below, securely package your return including the form and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use Australia Post. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly, simply email us and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 14-21 business days upon receipt for processing your return.
All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items, discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.
