Shipments and returns

Shipping in Australia

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 day after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with insurance and with a required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

International shipping

We offer affordable international shipping.

Exchanges and returns

You may return an item(s) AND exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or colour, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.

Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. Please make your return as outlined below.

Returns

If you need to return something for any reason, simply use the return form located below, securely package your return including the form and send your return to us. For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly. For defective items, or items shipped incorrectly, simply call us and we will make arrangements for return shipping. Please allow 14-21 business days upon receipt for processing your return.

Items that may not be returned:

All undergarments, tights, make-up, hair and foot care items, discontinued, and clearance items may not be returned.

Product Condition:

  • All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.
  • Laundered items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. Boxes that have been written on and taped cannot be accepted.
  • Please place the package inside another shipping container or box. Please do not tape and/or label shoe box or item package and send via Australia Post; the package gets destroyed and the product cannot be accepted for return.
