Beautiful, perfect condition vintage filigre brooch circa 1920s.

This brooch, which is in excellent condition, has gold tone filigre work around the base of it, in a delicate leaf-like pattern. In the centre of the brooch is a rose-shaped flower, made from brown hand painted wood which has had resin painted to it, in order to keep it’s shape and colour.

This makes the brooch 3-dimensional in shape – like a real flower.

The brooch measures approximately 5cm (2 inches) in diameter and the flower comes up off the base about 0.5cm (1/4 inch).
